2nd Division Continuous Improvement Symposium was held at San Pedro Country Farm, Cantilan, Surigao del Sur on October 4, 2018.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT is an improvement process that unfolds progressively. It does not have a fixed and predetermined end point and should be sustained over extended periods of time.

Deped Surigao del Sur has sucessfully conducted the 2nd Division CI Symposium. The 12 School CI teams have shown and built a culture of continuous improvement in their respective schools. They exerted much effort and learned significant lessons in their CI journey.
