The Government of the Philippines, through the Department of Education, Division of Surigao del Sur, intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (Php 7,912,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for t Supply and Delivery of Manipulative Learning Resources for Kindergarten and Learners with Special Needs (LSENs) for the Implementation of Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP)
ids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the bid opening.

The Dep-Ed, Division of Surigao del Sur, now invites suppliers/manufacturers /distributors to apply for eligibility and to bid of the above stated project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) Calendar Days. Prospective bidders must have completed a similar contract within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC to be bid.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders starting December 1, 2021 to December 21, 2021 during office hours, upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount as stated above.
The Department of Education - Division of Surigao del Sur will hold a Pre-Bidding Conference on December 9, 2021@10:00 AM through video conferencing at https://tinyurl.com/prebidbelcp which shall be open only to all interested parties who wish to join the Bidding.
Bid opening shall be on 10:00 AM of December 21, 2021 at Third Floor Division Office Conference Hall and through video conferencing at https://tinyurl.com/biddingbelcp which will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted.

The Dep-Ed, Division of Surigao del Sur reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
